One day it took to replace roof ,that experience was great,very quick response on getting an estimate from Charles,everything was perfect,no problem,every step of the process was explained before work started.I would recommend,this company outstanding from start to finish. The materials arrive, place on roof, never on ground,clean up round the house,all the debris had been removed. crew prompt and professional and efficient. the best thing of the job was no money was giving after the job was done..the staff help send email telling you what do to, from the town, permits,and advise to help in getting job starting on time .

We had a horrible insurance claim experience due to ice damming and roof damage. Bill Reilly from Precision Roofing, was a pleasure to deal with, understanding and speaks roofing in easy to follow terms. He made this horrible time in our lives a lot easier to deal with. He is very personable, professional and super knowledgable. Precision Roofing is the tops in roofing. A very personal approach to our very specific roofing project. After months of dealing with the insurance company, Bill Reilly and Precision Roofing were right by our side, through the horror! Not just trying to sell us a job, but truly concerned with our well being and the safety of our home and family, regardless of who we were going to have do the work. No pressure at all!!! Our review is based on their outstanding performance before the project. Where other roofers have failed in the before the job aspect, Precision excels. After 3 months of delays and feet dragging, mostly at the hands on the insurance company, we will be signing the contract today and will post a review after the work is completed in the coming week(s). If Precision's "during" and "after the job" customer service is like Bill Reilly's "before", I'm confident we'll be posting a 5-Star follow-up. Thank you Bill and Precision Roofing! We have dealt with Nick and Precision Roofing for over four decades. We replaced our original roof after twenty years and were extremely pleased with the finished project. The roof lasted until after hurricane Sandy we noticed some cracks in the shingles. Nick came right out and examined the roof. He got in touch with GAF and after he negotiated with the company, they admitted there was a problem with their product. GAF stood behind their product and supplied new materials to reroof our home. We now have a great new roof. Besides from doing a great installation, Nick went out of his way to protect us and kept working on our behalf well after the initial job was completed. It is rare that you can deal with a company that has aged along with you. I would highly recommend " Precision"to anyone considering a roofing project.

From inspecting the issue with our roof, receiving a quote in a timely manner, to the wonderful office staff and top-notch workers who showed up on time and worked tirelessly on a very hot and humid day - I cannot say enough about what a pleasure it was to work with such an incredibly professional business. We were given a fair price, and the completed work was so perfect that unless you knew the roof was repaired, you could not see the difference from the original! I had a roof leak due to storm damage. I called a local roofing company, they told me twice someone will call me right back, no one called. I contacted Precision Roofing the next day. They came to my house, diagnosed the damage and scheduled a tarp to be placed over the damaged area-all this within a few hours of my call. Precision Roofing then worked with me and my insurance company in getting my entire roof replaced. They even helped me get my chimney repaired - it been damaged a few years ago. The crew came in removed all the old shingles, replaced damaged wood and within two days i had a beautiful, waterproof new roof. My neighbor even commented how professional the workers were and how well they cleaned up the whole area when they were done.Would I recommend Prescision Roofing for roof issues you may have? I definitely would!!

Roofers arrived on time as scheduled. All repairs were done correctly, quickly, and professionally. All scrap was removed. I had no clean up. I would use them again without hesitation.

Thoughtful, efficent, clean, systematic and quality work are the terms that come easily to mind when describing the excellent quality of the work preformed on my roof, by Precision Roofing.From the bid process, to installation, the Precision Roofing team was distinguished by their knowledge, professionalism and technical skill. They were very well versed in the installation of the GAF roofing system and were also able to easily identify and handle the idiosyncrasies of the existing structure, and quickly repair and/or replace defective or damaged portions of the roof, at a reasonable price that was clearly defined in advance of the work. The clean-up of the site was flawless and the finished product easily exceeded my expectations, which were high. I have already recommended them to several of my neighbors. A pleasure start to finish!

I have a flat residential roof and Precision has provided prompt estimates and excellent repair. Rates are reasonable. They are highly professional, always answer their phone and return all calls. Terrific company

Highly recommended! They replaced my house, garage and shed roof in a timely fashion with an excellent result! Their crew was professional and set up tarps to reduce clean up time. The owner Nick was very fair on pricing and Regina in the office was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. I recommend the GAF high def singles, as they provide a nice look and Nick uses quality underlayment (Tiger Paw and GAF's leak barrier on the eves). I also had my gutters and gutter guards replaced at the same time with a beautiful result, as they color coded the gutters to my siding. The work was done in 2017 and we have had no issues at all.

Great experience from the estimate through job completion. I had a few folks come by to give estimates that straight out lied what I needed or about services they provide but precision was honest and no nonsense. The job was completed in one day that included additional repairs on top of the roof replacement. The crew was courteous and clean. Management was very responsive to any questions I had. Aside from a great job they were not over priced and did not try to up-sell. I’d recommend to anyone who needs roof replacement. Thanks. The roof looks great!

June 02, 2016Excellent ---- 5 STARTom and his team replaced our roof in Harrison, NY in April 2016. We were relocating from FL to NY and Tom handled everything so we didn't worry while we were living in two different places. The crew was so professional and courteous that our new neighbors made a point to come over and compliment us when the job was completed. The job was completed on time and they went over and above what was expected. I can't say enough great things about Precision Roofing.

From the start to finish, a great experience. Louie and team were wonderful. We have a beautiful new roof in one day! Very responsive, great to work with, gave me insurance estimate, worked with insurance adjuster, called me the next day to schedule install. They went above and beyond to see my concerns were addressed and they were done with removal and replacement within 2 days.

I have used Precision Roofing twice for my home, once to replace the entire roof and once for a fallen tree related repair. I have also referred them to two friends. They are true professionals and bring to bear a deep understanding of the business and the best solution and technology to employ, and stand behind their work. We knew of Precision Roofing's high standards of customer service and quality of work, but were also impressed by how attentive, responsive and accountable they were with installing siding to our home. Even when we found some spots that needed cleaning up, even when we found out that our shutters did not appear as we saw in our computer monitors (which they were more than willing to replace, based upon physical samples they got for us), they stuck to their quote and remain committed to our satisfaction. All we have left to do is get a mounting block for our flag- which they are instantly looking into- and we'll be fully happy with the investment. I recommend them to anyone who needs siding installed to their house.
